Jane E. Thomas-Frey Study Abroad Scholarship

This fund was established in memory of Jane E. Thomas-Frey. Jane graduated from UNM in 1973 and was a Rotary Exchange Student in her junior year of high school, in Santa Rosa, Argentina. Her daughter was also a Rotary Exchange Student in Ecuador. She treasured her memories of studying abroad in high school and so we honer her through this fund. 

Eligability:
Any recipient must commit to a minimum of a semester long study abroad program.

Preferences:
Preference shall be given to eligible students who have self-identified that they participated in a
study abroad program while in high school.

To apply for this grant, please complete an application for the UNM Undergraduate Education Abroad Grant and indicate in your essay that you would like to be considered for the Thomas-Frey Grant.
